Insurance
Our insurance coordinator will verify that you do have orthodontic coverage and what the benefit amount is. She will file your insurance claim directly from our office to help expedite your claim. If you do not have insurance coverage our treatment coordinator will help you find the financial plan that fits your budget.
Payment Plans
Our goal is to provide excellent quality of care and service. We do not want finances to be an obstacle to obtaining a beautiful smile. We offer many payment options to meet the financial needs of all of our patients. Our Treatment Coordinator will discuss the orthodontic treatment fee and all the features it includes (i.e. retainers) with you once the doctors have given their treatment recommendation. Options available:
- Payment in full at the start of treatment. We do offer a discount for full payment in full.
- Our treatment coordinator will customize a payment plan based on your length of treatment and specific financial situation
- We often have the opportunity to work with many members of the same family. This is fun for us and we appreciate the vote of confidence. We offer a family discount for multiple immediate family members.
